Before we get started I want to make sure this project is the right fit for both of us:
I make quilts using the process of “improvisational piecing,” which means I don’t follow a set pattern, and I let the composition grow and evolve as I make the piece. The result is typically a fun abstract geometric design in the colors of your choosing. Some additional customization may be possible & we can discuss it in your consultation. If you love this style of the quilts I make, then we are off to a great start!
Suppose you are looking for something more traditional or specific representational imagery (like pets, people, landscapes, etc.). In that case, I might not be the quilt artist you are looking for (and that’s ok! There are lots of amazing quilters out there!)

The custom quilt process begins with choosing your color scheme and discussing any additional specifics or parameters you might want in the design. Once you agree on the fabric choices and select the size of the project, I am ready to dive in and get started! (If you have your own provided fabric(s) you want me to use, those will have to be shipped or dropped off to me.)
Below is a chart showing the starting prices for each size of quilt and the estimated turnaround time. Prices & turnaround times are subject to change based on additional customizations or requests for more complicated designs & embellishments. If you need the project completed before the estimated turnaround time, rush orders will have additional fees (some requests may not be possible.)
All projects require an initial payment deposit of $100 (minimum), and various payment installments are available for all custom quilts. Let me know if you have specific payment plan needs in your initial request.
